2. This website

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• Suggestion box and support messages: your message, and optionally your name and email address.
• Downloads and trial: any details you give us when you contact us about a trial or a plan.
• Technical data: like most websites, our web host may log your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.

To limit spam, the suggestion box counts how many messages come from one connection in an hour. This count is stored only as an anonymous, temporary code, not as your IP address.
