Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the BentaLog app and website, provided by [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us"). By downloading or using BentaLog, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use BentaLog for your own business, on your own devices. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or share the app or your license with others, except as the law allows.

2. Plans and free trial

New shops get a 30-day trial of the Pro plan. When the trial ends, the app moves to the Free plan unless you upgrade. Your data is kept, but features that belong to a paid plan are locked until you upgrade. Prices and plan features are shown on our website and may change; a change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

3. Your data and backups

Your shop data is stored on your device. You own it, and you are responsible for it. Use the backup feature regularly. We cannot recover data from a lost, damaged or reset device.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Make sure the prices, taxes, receipts and records you create comply with the laws that apply to your business.
  • Keep your devices and any access codes secure.
  • Do not use BentaLog for anything unlawful.

5. Messages you send us

If you send us a suggestion, you allow us to use it to improve our products without owing you anything for it. How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. No warranty

BentaLog is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or that it will always meet your needs.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of BentaLog. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending use

You may stop using BentaLog at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we will update the date above. Continuing to use BentaLog after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
